Stacking the Shelves (50)

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!
Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews.
Thank you Simon & Schuster Australia, Hachette Australia, Harper Voyager Australia, Bloomsbury Australia, Harper Collins Australia, Pan Macmillan Australia and Scholastic Australia for sending me these review copies!

Thanks Simon & Schuster Australia
The Remedy (The Program #0.5) by Suzanne Young
I've just started this book, and so far I'm really liking it and I am intrigued about where this is going to be heading. I've already seen the connection to The Program, but I'm wondering how the whole suicide epidemic and how it starts. Hopefully I get to find out soon. I've got a few theories on what might happen, but I'm not 100% sure on anything yet. Going to get back to reading after writing this post :)

Thanks Hachette Australia
The Catalyst by Helena Coggan
I'm so so so so anxious to read this book!!! It sounds absolutely amazing and the cover is different from the usual fantasy as well. I'm definitely going to be reading this one soon. I can feel the craving for a good fantasy starting already!

Bomb by Sarah Mussi
This one came in the mail today, and already my mum is trying to fight me over who gets to read it first. I'm not really sure what the inner details to this story would be, or where the story would really go, but I'm willing to find out from the intriguing premise. Not sure how long until I'll be getting into this one, but I do hope that it's soon! This is the problem with getting so many great books!!! (well, it's not an unwanted or bad problem, it's a wanted and exciting problem). Might have to let mum read this one before me then.

Thanks Bloomsbury Australia
Bright Before Sunrise by Tiffany Schmidt
I'm not sure about this book. I might read it if I feel like a cute and fluffy read. From the blurb, it kind of sounds like insta-love, so I'm a bit cautious about reading this.

Thanks Harper Voyager Australia
The Vagrant by Peter Newman
I'm so so excited to read this book! The cover is amazing, and it makes me want to pick this book up now! This book sounds like one of those epic fantasies that you can get lost in. The premise makes me curious about the book, and makes me anticipated for it at the same time. Definitely going to be one of the next books that I read.

Ice Kissed (Kanin Chronicles #2) by Amanda Hocking
I've already read and reviewed this book and it was stunning. This book has left me craving Crystal Kingdom and even though it comes out it August, I'm still dying from the wait. I cannot wait to see what the next book has in store, and how it is all going to end. This is such a fantastic series, and everyone should read it if you haven't already.

The Sacred Lies of Minnow Bly by Stephanie Oakes
I cannot tell you all how amazing this book is. I gave this all the stars, and I would give it more if I could. It wasn't what I was expecting, especially the whole juvie side of it as well. It was different and really creepy overall. It was a thriller and it left me seriously scared after reading it. This book is horrifying and gruesome and you honestly want to forget about this book and put it down, but at the same time, you cannot stop reading. You want to know more and more and cannot stop until you find out the whole truth. I'm definitely going to be picking up a final copy of this book when it comes out, and you all should too!

Thanks Scholastic Australia
Hacked by Tracy Alexander
I'll Be There by Holly Goldberg Sloan
I'm intrigued about these two. Both books sound really good, and eventually I will get to these, I'm not sure when, but I will. I know it's bad, but I feel kind of hesitant towards Hacked because I really don't like the cover. Sure, I guess it suits the book by the blurb, but it's kind of ugly.

Poison Princess (Arcana Chronicles #1) & Endless Knight (Arcana Chronicles #2) by Kresley Cole
I've got Dead of Winter as a review copy that is coming up to read soon, so I needed to get these two to start the series off. I've heard great things about this series, and I've been wanting to read it for such a long time. I cannot wait to get started on these. It's a bit annoying though, my copy of Dead of Winter is smaller in height than these two

Toxic Heart (Mystic City #2) by Theo Lawrence
Ok, I must admit that this series is a total impulse buy based on the cover. I adore these covers, and I just wish that they were the same height :( It's so annoying! Has anyone read this series yet? I'm intrigued to find out exactly what it is about.

A Court of Thorns and Roses (A Court of Thorns and Roses #1) by Sarah J. Maas
HELLO BEAUTIFUL!!! Can you all tell that I literally screamed when this came in the mail!!! THIS HARDBACK IS GORGEOUS AND I CANNOT STOP STARING AT IT! Not to mention that this book is also perfection and I cannot wait to see what happens in the next book. Everyone needs to go and read this once it comes out.

Bloodlines (Bloodlines #1) & The Indigo Spell (Bloodlines #3) by Richelle Mead
I've been meaning to read this series for ages, and now that it's finished, I really should do myself a favor and binge read the series. Not to mention, that I've still got the finish the last two books in the Vampire Academy series.

  1. I sooo want to read A Court of Thorns and Roses! I'm so jealous! Great haul! Here's my STS! )
